Refund & Replacement

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Thus, if any issues regarding your product arise, please contact us via email [name] and we will do whatever we can to sort things out. We offer FULL Refund or FREE Replacement for 15 days of receiving your order according to all the terms mentioned below.

 

Eligible cases for Refund/Replacement

You will receive your refund and/or a replacement order if your items arrived with the wrong size, color, print area or damage due to the manufacturer’s fault.

In the above cases, we do not require you to send the product(s) back to the sender’s address. You just need to send us photos/videos showing the products’ issue.

 

Ineligible cases for Refund/Replacement

Apart from the cases mentioned earlier, here are ones that may prevent you from receiving a refund or a replacement order within 15 days:

  • You have changed your mind and no longer desire the item.
  • You have selected incorrect size, address, product, or custom information.
  • The product has incurred damage as a result of improper care, or insufficient maintenance.
  • The product is purchased during a sale or promotion.

     

    Please be informed that all our items are custom-made just for you. We want your buying experience to be perfect, so you have up to 2 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancel it altogether. Make sure you double-check everything when entering your order details to ensure you're happy with what arrives at your door. Looking forward to making something special just for you!

     

    Refund/Replacement procedure

    Please follow these following steps if you want a refund or replacement:

    Step 1: Contact us via email
    Step 2: Provide the following information to best assist your request:
    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the problem
    • Some photos/videos illustrating the issue
    • A photo of the shipping label
    • Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund
      Step 3: Receive our support once your request has been processed and approved by the Customer Service Department.

         

        Refund time

        If you ask for a refund and your request is approved, the funds will be credited to your original form of payment. Here’s how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

        Credit card: up to 10 business days

        Paypal: 3-5 business days
