Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes a bit of time to customize and build your order from the moment you place it. Just a heads-up, holiday rush or more time needed on artwork modification could slightly push back the date when your package arrives. However, we always do our best to make sure the order will be delivered to our customers as fast as possible.

Production and Shipping timeline

• Art Production time: It usually takes 1 day to complete your artwork, excluding revision time (if any)
• Product Production time: After the artwork is approved, the order will go into the printing process. Depending on the product, this may take 1-3 business days.
• Packing & Shipping time: Once the production process finishes, the order is packaged and sent to the shipping unit. At this time, customers receive a tracking number that may take 1-2 business days to update via email notifications. Shipping in the US takes approximately 2-10 business days.
